There is no one in our planet who wouldn't prefer to live peacefully and happily with his family, a creative life near by a natural surrounding.
Instead of, living within a war, or within poverty, or within unemployment, or as an outlaw, or having material wealth but living within an insecure and unhappy society.
Would it be so difficult for reaching peaceful, happy, creative and frugal lives for all people? As an economist, my opinion is that it would be possible for all people to live like this. So, why this harmonious state of living happily together hasn't be achieved yet? I believe that the reason is the existent differences among worldviews.
The Tower of Babel (Hebrew: מגדל בבל Migdal Bavel Arabic: برج بابل Borj Baabel) forms the focus of a story told in the Book of Genesis of the Bible. According to the story, a united humanity of the generations following the Great Flood, speaking a single language and migrating from the east, came to the land of (Hebrew: שנער) where they resolved to build a city with a tower "whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth." God came down to see what they did and said: "They are one people and have one language, and nothing will be withheld from them which they purpose to do." "Come, let us go down and confound their speech." And so God scattered them upon the face of the Earth, and confused their languages, so that they would not be able to return to each other, and they left off building the city, which was called Babel "because God there confounded the language of all the Earth". - People comprehend our world through their own worldview. - People form their own behavior through their own worldview. - People interpret other people's behavior through their own worldview. - Peace, happiness and creativity presuppose viability. - Viability is an organic property. - Organic properties manifest their presence only within entities which are having both, organic structures and organic dynamics.
For example, by the age of 7, I was taught that prudent men always walk with their heads bowed and always remain humble. Once, many years ago, while I was visiting a charming and gracious nation, I found out that this part of my behavior was annoying while being also misinterpreted by my hospitable hosts.
Nations, probably misinterpret each other's behaviors. And this misinterpretation causes mutual fear. Mutual fear creates mutual hostility. And mutual hostility blocks any kind of genuine collaboration between the nations.
There is a need for an international organizational entity which will perform meta-linguistic mediation between the nations. Meta-linguistic mediation is not a deterministic process. Instead, it is a process of quasi organic osmosis. This process results a substitution. Before meta-linguistic mediation, nations try to exploit each other. But after, they bond with each other in such a special way that results the quasi automatic mutual fulfillment of their fundamental collective needs.
If my related information is sufficient, then, there are exactly three fundamental international problems which are the causes of our days' global tragedy. And I strongly believe that those three problems would be creatively and peacefully resolved if and when, an international meta-linguistic mediation entity shall exist. Having resolved those three problems, then, no nation would lack sufficient energy sources; no nation would lack sufficient income; no nation would lack collective safety; no nation would suffer from lack of democratic foundations; no nation would suffer from lack of respect for the fundamental human rights of their citizens.
How could we have an international meta-linguistic mediation entity?
I believe that the followings might be sufficient:
No problems can ever be resolved through violence or dishonesty. Shifting from the current “Tower of Babel” mode of interacting, towards genuine understanding and solidarity, may lead to peace, friendship and prosperity.
My heart is full with hope that, kind men, allover the world, shall think wisely and participate in the peaceful resolution of all the existing international issues.

I was waiting, waiting for a long time
In the dark shadow of grey towers
In the dark shadow of grey towers
In the dark shadow of rain towers
You will see me waiting forever
You will see me waiting forever
One day it will come back
Over the lands, over the seas
The blue wind will return
And take back with it my wounded heart
I will be pulled away by its breath
Far away in the stream, wherever it wishes
Wherever it wishes, far away from this world
Between the sea and the stars
