After having exterminated a Nation’s indigenous natural-leadership, financial inequalities may be enforced in order for imposing desperation to a part of that Nation. By “drugging and maddening from opiates beforehand” and then, enlisting to domestic resources extraction projects, the members of the desperate-minority, an Apartheid emerges. By establishing an Apartheid within a targeted Nation, the settler-colonialism could easily equalize this Nation’s fate to the one of Tasmania.
