The Jose Delgado technology, almost certainly, uses a carrier frequency of transmitted electromagnetic waves in order to deliver an effective frequency which is being carried as the amplitude modulation, of the carrier frequency. The same technical principle uses the Dr. Royal Rife’s “Rife-machine” which effects the human-cells within a range of more than 5 kilometers. Such a broadcasting of electromagnetic frequencies can be perform by all the mobile-telephone base-antennas. For the above reasons, I wish to know whether: - the mobile-telephony’s cell-towers are being, illegally and immorally, used as a means of brain-control of the unsuspected citizens? - Kostas Tsalikidis, was murdered in order for him not to disclose publicly the potential instrumental relationship between, mobile-telephony and involuntary mind-control?
