Legitimate Self-Defence Versus Pseudo-Genocide

Earlier today on December 23rd, 2020, I went, for hygienic reasons, at the shore of a beautiful German lake, near to a charming pedestrians’ bridge, in order to wet my feet.

While I was waiting for my feet to get dry, an incident happened which it involved two unknown to me individuals and which, at that time, it seemed to conform to the definitions of, an attempted character-assassination and to the street-theatre (it is a part of the criminal gang-stalking).

My impression that such immoral acts they might had been perpetrated, it made me wonder, what might be the major trouble-making reason of the current international unrest.

Here are my conclusions:

Nations, which they are professionally, serially and traditionally settler-colonizing, exist; namely, the U.K., the U.S.A., the Russian Federation, the Israel, and the Turkey.

These Nations they intentionally spread death and violence within the international community, by applying such genocidal policies, against the indigenous populations, that they shall pave the way for the settler-colonizers to confiscate, the targeted by them, Nations’ land, resources, children (human organs/tissues smuggling, slaves, involuntary human experimentees, etc.), and future (meaning, Genocide).

Settler-colonialism is a, fundamentally racist, international crime equivalent in ruthlesness to the genocide. This crime, inevitably, violates the human-rights of the indigenous-populations and thus, it makes these victimized populations entitled to legitimately resort to the provisions of the law regarding the self-defence.

If and when, the act of legitimate self-defence, on behalf of the victimized by the settler-colonialism, indigenous-populations, is being slandered as being an alleged “genocide”, then, the international community’s unrest becomes condemned to perpetuate.

The intelligent and immediate disassociation, in every aspect, from the U2RIT could be an alternative, to resorting to the legitimate self-defence, solution though it presupposes that the members of the international community they have developed and they maintain a good-judgment.

Concluding, I believe that, the right of the legitimate, lawful, harmless and peaceful citizens to, unobstructed, wet their feet in the lakes should prevail against the profound contemporary settler-colonizing Nations’ urge to annihilate all the other Nations’ indigenous populations.

Character assassination

Character assassination (CA) is a deliberate and sustained effort to damage the reputation or credibility of an individual. The term could also be selectively applied to social groups and institutions. Agents of character assassinations employ a mix of open and covert methods to achieve their goals, such as raising false accusations, planting and fostering rumors, and manipulating information.

Character assassination happens through character attacks. These can take many forms, such as spoken insults, speeches, pamphlets, campaign ads, cartoons, and internet memes. As a result of character attacks, individuals may be rejected by their professional community or members of their social or cultural environment. The process of CA may resemble an annihilation of human life as the damage sustained can last a lifetime. For some historical figures, that damage endures for centuries.

CA may involve exaggeration, misleading half-truths, or manipulation of facts to present an untrue picture of the targeted person. It is a form of defamation and can be a form of ad hominem argument.

The phrase "character assassination" became popular from around 1930. This concept, as a subject of scholarly study, was originally introduced by Davis (1950) in his collection of essays revealing the dangers of political smear campaigns. Six decades later Icks and Shiraev (2014) rejuvenated the term and revived academic interest by addressing and comparing a variety of historical character assassination events.

What Caused the Rwandan Genocide?

The Hutu People of Africa

The Hutu people are one of Africa's numerous Bantu groups, and they reside in Rwanda and Burundi with communities in the eastern portion of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Hutu population is estimated at 11.5 million. Hutu make up 84% of Rwandans and 85% of Burundians, making them the largest population division in the two countries.

The Kingdom of Rwanda reigned in what is today Rwanda before colonialization. The Hutu were majorly peasants while the ruling class was mainly Tutsi. It was a common belief that Hutus excelled in agriculture and had healing power while Tutsis possessed military leadership.

The Tutsis of Africa

The Tutsi, also called the Watutsi, Watusi, Wahinda, Abatutsi, or Wahima, inhabit Rwanda and Burundi with significant communities in the DRC, Uganda, and Tanzania. The total Tutsi population is estimated at 2.5 million.

It is estimated that the Tutsi first entered the Rwandan region in the 14th or 15th century and they slowly obtained dominance over the native Hutu. The Tutsi subsequently initiated a feudal relationship with the resident Hutu where they made use of their sophisticated military knowledge and dominated over the Hutu's cattle. The Mwami (king) lorded over the political structure established by the Tutsis.

Background Of The Conflict Between The Hutus And The Tutsis

The differences between Hutus and Tutsis in pre-colonial Rwanda was mainly regarding wealth. Most Tutsis accumulated wealth as herders while Hutus tilled the land. The Tutsi King further rewarded his close allies who were mainly Tutsis.

Once the Belgians took over, they accommodated the Tutsis in the colonial government and allowed them to gain an education. The Belgians further required the population to identify with an ethnic group. The Belgians changed this policy in 1959 and enabled the Hutu to control the government via universal elections in the post-independence era.

The Rwandan Genocide

Rwanda's genocide was triggered by the shooting down of President Juvenal Habyarimana's plane in Kigali on April 6, 1994.

Genocidal killings commenced the next day after Habyarimana's plane was shot down. The genocidal plans were spread via media to incite the Hutus. The militia and soldiers began with executing moderate Hutu and influential Tutsis in the political and military spheres to deter anyone who would have assumed political control in the chaos.

Barricades and checkpoints were subsequently erected to examine identification documents and execute Tutsis. The Hutu civilians were incited to accumulate such weapons as machetes and clubs and to execute the neighboring Tutsis as well as destroy and steal property and also rape and maim. Other civilians were afforded with monetary incentives to carry out the crimes. Moderate Hutus were also executed. The UN was hesitant to dispatch troops to the chaotic Rwanda since ten Belgian peacekeepers had been murdered at the start of the genocide. Half a million to a million Rwandans were executed, and nearly 70% of the Tutsi community was wiped out.
