Greetings from unsuspectingly far (+PS)
Today is December 24, 2019 and I made a little research, related to the European law, that was fruitful. - In the contemporary settler-colonised States, like Greece, the colonising-settlers occupy the State’s bureucracy in order to perpetrate forgery upon the State’s official archives. - The indigenous citizens’ access to the corresponding to them State’s judicial and criminal-records files, of the settler-colonised States, is being banned in order for them not to be able to find out when a forgery has been perpetrated against them. - The lawsuit that an indigenous citizen may has filed against a colonising-settler is being canceled if and when at the State’s archives the indigenous citizen becomes declared as perished. - It is impossible for a colonising-settler to become convicted at court for a murder against an indigenous citizen who was already declared as perished in the State’s archives. - It is impossible for an indigenous citizen to file a lawsuit for involuntary experimentations and/or human-harvesting, that was/were perpetrated against himself if he or she is declared as perished in the State’s archives. - It is impossible for an indigenous citizen to claim his or hers human-rights and/or civil-rights if he or she is previously declared as perished in the State’s archives. - It is impossible for an indigenous citizen to participate in formal transactions (get a job in a private company, grant a political-asylum, have formal meetings with States’ officials, participate as a candidate in political elections, gain protection from the security-authorities, gain publicity through the mass media, publish an non-sensored website, etc.) if he or she is previously declared as perished in the State’s archives. - It is impossible for an indigenous citizen to claim his or hers human-rights and/or civil-rights if he or she is previously declared as perished in the State’s archives. - An indigenous citizen who is declared as perished in the State’s archives, inevitably, is going to be designated as a targeted-individual and become subjected, by the colonising-settlers, to the death-program of gang-stalking in order for him or her, to actually, and with no negative legal consequences for the colonising-settlers, perish. - In real life and from what it seems, there are large people; there are ordinary people.
Concluding, the imminent Christmas holiday is an opportunity, for all the citizens to dissassociate themselves from their society’s all kinds of negativity and for them to enjoy all the things that consitute the tradition of Christmas.
Mary Christmas and Happy New Year

P.S.: Despite the contemporary settler-colonialism’s unkindeness, I continue contributing to the restoration of, peace, freedom, cooperation and frugal prosperity, upon the civilised part of our world. The colonisers hate themselves more than hating all the others, thus civilisation, inevtably, shall prevail.

Forced disappearance In international human rights law, a forced disappearance (or enforced disappearance) occurs when a person is secretly abducted or imprisoned by a state or political organization, or by a third party with the authorization, support, or acquiescence of a state or political organization, followed by a refusal to acknowledge the person's fate and whereabouts, with the intent of placing the victim outside the protection of the law. According to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which came into force on 1 July 2002, when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed at any civilian population, a "forced disappearance" qualifies as a crime against humanity and, thus, is not subject to a statute of limitations. On 20 December 2006, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance. Often, forced disappearance implies murder. The victim in such a case is typically abducted, illegally detained and often tortured during interrogation, and ultimately killed, their body concealed after the fact by the individuals or organization responsible for their death. Typically, a murder will be surreptitious, with the corpse disposed of to escape discovery so that the person apparently vanishes. The party committing the murder has plausible deniability, as nobody can provide evidence of the victim's death. "Disappearing" political rivals is also a way for regimes to engender feelings of complicity in populations. The difficulty of publicly fighting a government that murders in secret can result in widespread pretense that everything is normal, as it did in the Dirty War in Argentina.
