Legal Notice 127 (corrected) Recently, a police officer sow me walking on the grass near to the asphalt, intead on the pedestrian passage, of the Bregenzerstrasse, at Lindau, and for keeping my answer short, I gave him a partial answer. On second thoughts and in order to avoid missunderstandings, here is my complete answer. The part of the Brehenzerstrasse, at Lindau which is close to my parked car, at the industrial area of Lindau, has no houses, during the day rarely pedestrians walk on this road and after the sundown there are no pedestrians there. At the one side, there is a zone of grass between the asphalt and the pedestrian passage while in few places, the pedestrian passage is completely isolated from the asphalt by sequences, of tall bushes or trees. The asphalt is well light in the complete length of the road while, there are many parts of the pedestrian passage with poor or inadequate light, during the night. Usually and when there is no snow in the grass I walk on the grass near to the asphalt; and when there is snow on the grass, during the night, but with no trafic at all, I walk on the edge, near to the grass, of the asphalt and when a car is aproaching, I step on the grass. The reasons for these choices are, related to my personal security and financial, as follows:
Personal security The colonising Nations assassinate, those who disclose pubicly the colonising criminality against Greece, like Kostas Tsalikidis, and those who are Greek patriots, like Gianos Kranidiotis. Consequently and while possessing wide and deep knowledge about the colonisers’ crimimality, I justly fear for my life and preventively, I avoid, the isolated or dark, parts of the street and of the pefestrian passage and I position myself as close as possible to the well lighted asfalt.
Financial reasons I need to rescue the soles of my shoes as, my long walking over stiff surfaces has resulted, holes to having been opened and the thikness of the soles having reduced to a marginal thikness. My current financial ability does not allow me to buy new shoes, therefore, I walk over soft surfaces (e.g grass) in order to prolonge their lifespan.
