Legal Notice 54
1. On 17/11/2016, approximately at 03:00, while crossing the borders between F.Y.R.O.M. and Serbia, I was at F.Y.R.O.M.'s border station. There, I was instructed by men of the border police to drive my private car into a covered garage for inspection. Six policemen conducted, simultaneously, the inspection, namely, they removed from inside the car every object that was removable, including all my luggages and examined them thoroughly; they open and examined the inner space of every cavity of the car; they inspected thoroughly both, the engine compartment, as well as, the surfaces beneath the car. During this inspection, the border policemen did their duty, according to the law of their country, they were polite and they presented exemplar professionalism. After this inspection, they decided that everything was in order and they let me leave towards the Serbian border station.
2. On 17/11/2016, approximately at 05:00, I parked my car at a central place of Presevo, at Serbia. At that instance, I inspected the objects which were in the luggage compartment and then, I secured the rear, luggage door of my car with an internal, security rope, which I tied firmly on a fixed metallic o-ring. Since that instance, the rope was left, intermitently, tied.
3. On 18/11/2016, approximately at 12:15, I returned, from a local supermarket, at Bujanovac, to my parked car. The alarm system of my car, while dissarmed, it emitted an acoustic signal which indicated that, during my absence, the alarm system was, somehow, activated. After inspecting the passenger compartment of my car, I found no visible signs of a bulglary.
4. On 18/11/2016, approximately at 22:00, I inspected the internal, safety rope, by which I secure the back door of the luggage compartment of my car and I found out that, the rope was untied. Again, I inspected my car and found no visible signs of bulglary.
